Client Records Move to the Front Desk
Profiles, goals, billing information, and channel connections are organized into clearer client-facing procedures without exposing internal records.
A capable office should not require a client to know where every record is stored.
Client Services now provides clearer procedures for the information Brenda uses most often: business profiles, current goals, billing context, and connected publishing channels.
The profile desk separates editable business information from protected account records. Clients can update descriptions, offers, audiences, and tone while identifiers and primary account details remain visible but controlled. Tone is handled through useful selections rather than an unstructured instruction box alone.
Goals and billing requests follow the same command-and-response pattern, with consistent validation and page styling. Channel connections are handled through a dedicated manager that shows the active platforms and provides a secure path for changes without placing internal client identifiers in the public URL.
These improvements are not simply interface work. They reduce ambiguity in the records that downstream agents use. Better client context produces better recommendations, cleaner routing, and fewer cases where an internal workflow has to guess what the business meant.
The front desk remains connected to human support. Changes involving protected contact information, unusual billing questions, or uncertain account ownership are escalated rather than silently rewritten.
